Daily Games provides free browser-based puzzle games. One new puzzle per game is released each day at midnight UTC. No account is required and no payment is needed to play.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape puzzles or submit answers.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All game designs, puzzles, names, logos and content on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may share your puzzle results (including the emoji share cards the games generate) freely. You may not republish or redistribute the games themselves without our permission.

Advertising

The Service may display advertising. Ads are clearly labelled and are never designed to interrupt gameplay. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the websites they link to.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that puzzles will be available at any particular time. Locally stored progress (streaks, statistics) may be lost if you clear your browser data; we cannot restore it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
